Therefore, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns or issues with our services, please feel free to speak to us, and we will do our best to address them.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment with Uk Mind Master. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to change your appointment time. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your time slot to another client. You can contact us by phone or email to reschedule your appointment. Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of £20. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Payment for all hypnotherapy sessions with UK Mind Master is made in advance via online bank transfer or Revolut. Once you have booked your session, we will send you an email with all the necessary payment details. Please note that we require payment to be made as soon as possible to secure your booking.
